Clear Expectations & Transparency: Document and communicate expectations clearly from the onset, and maintain transparency about business plans and strategies. This aids in better alignment and proactive resource planning.

Joint Training & Regular Reviews: Organise combined training sessions, workshops, and regular feedback sessions. These initiatives align objectives, facilitate mutual understanding, and foster continuous improvement.

Strengthen Relationship Bonds: Go beyond transactional interactions. Strengthen partnerships through supplier appreciation events, visits, and shared vision and goals, ensuring both parties are aligned towards mutual success.

Blockchain Technology: Implement blockchain for tracking and verifying transactions across the supply chain. This ensures transparency, traceability, and security, which is especially critical for sensitive commodities like chemicals.

IoT (Internet of Things): Deploy IoT sensors to monitor storage conditions, transportation logistics, and equipment health. Real-time data from these sensors can optimise routes, reduce wastage due to spoilage, and prevent equipment malfunctions.
